Application Procedures:

If you are using Microsoft word, download and fill out the application on your computer.  If you are not using Microsoft word, download and print the Adobe pdf version, then fill it in by hand. When your application is complete you can mail it, fax it, attach and e-mail it, or deliver it to the school office.

Along with your completed application, please submit the following supporting documents:

• Pastor's Form (have your pastor complete and submit)

• Signed background check request (last page of the application)

• Current resume

• Official college transcripts

• Two letters of professional recommendation

• Two letters of personal reference

• Copy of your teaching certificate (if available)

• Copy of your fingerprint clearance card (if available)
