This year our school's theme is “Journey with Jesus” based on Matthew 16:24-25 and Philippians 1:6.  It is our desire to use this truth and promise as we lead and guide young lives in their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical growth.

Presently we have a student body of 450 in Kindergarten through Sixth grade. (We also have 125 in our preschool.)  There are three classes per grade level which vary in size from 18 to 25 students in each classroom.  We provide an excellent, well-rounded curriculum which begins in our all-day Kindergarten.  Specialty classes such as Art, Music, Library (and computers), PE and intramurals meet weekly along with chapels, quarterly field-trips and seasonal service projects.

We have a loving, cohesive and talented staff of 21 full time and 8 part time teachers with a balanced blend of youth and experience.  Your child becomes their child the minute they come onto campus.  The staff will communicate with you freely and establish a positive partnership.  There are various ways to volunteer and be an active part of our learning process.  Central Valley Christian School has been partnering with the home and church for 29 years.

Our mission statement of Cultivating responsible Christian adults, Valuing academic excellence, Connecting Biblical truths with everyday living, and Shaping Christ-like character is lived and practiced intentionally every day.  We lay a very firm foundation for both the middle school and high school to build upon.  We give all the glory to God for His faithfulness and blessings.
